About Destiny Beach Villas

Destiny Beach Villas was developed in the late 1990s by as part of four Destiny neighborhoods located in the Crystal Beach area of Destin, Florida.  Our proximity to the Gulf of Mexico beach, James Lee Park, the Crab Trap Restaurant and our beautiful lake, make Destiny Beach Villas a truly beautiful and unique property. 

In addition, Destiny Beach Villas is only a few minutes drive to Destin Commons, an upscale shopping center in Destin's east side, and the Silver Sands Shopping Factory Outlet center in Miramar Beach.  

Each of the 24 two-story Villas was designed with a Caribbean style of architecture with tile roofs, stucco exteriors, and Bahamian shutters.

Porch decks on both levels in the front and back give fantastic views of our lake and the Gulf of Mexico.   Our beautiful landscaping surrounds each of the Villas to provide a lush tropical look to the our entire neighborhood.

In the center of our neighborhood is a 32,000 gallon swimming pool complete with spacious deck area and air-conditioned restrooms.
